Took a little trip over to Kobe, Japan to get authentic Kobe beef... Hibachi Style.
Never had steak so good (except my dad's of course)! And there are no gimmicks at a real Kobe Hibatchi House. No spinning "egg roll". No Volcano Onion. No butter being flung at you "butter fly". Just good food. Period.

Here's a little snap shot of a man in the Kobe train station. The Japanese fashion is very intriguing.
